Whenever I come to the dealership, for sales or service, I am always greeted immediately. I feel like I am part of the family and everyone knows me. The service bay is extremely clean. You pull in and it's almost like valet treatment. The greet you immediately, it's all indoors, and they know why you are and why you are there. The sales is the same way. I barely walked through the door and they know who I was and why I was there.Russ Darrow covers the first three oil changes. You can't beat that! The 2010 Nissan Armada Platinum Edition is hard to find. I did shop around but none of the other dealerships had the vehicle.I never felt like I did not get a fair deal at Russ Darrow.
